This apartment was in a great location, right next to the train station and Tesco Express. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing a tour of the apartment and explaining everything. the apartment itself was clean and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. it was a very convenient and enjoyable stay.
The customer service of the staff could use some improvement. They were quite rude during check-in and the security insisted on our group entering separately, which was inappropriate.

The location of the flat could not have been better, everything was just a short walk away. the amenities provided were fantastic, we particularly loved the fully equipped kitchen and the comfy, cozy bed. We also appreciated the extra touches like the complimentary toiletries.
The check-in process left a lot to be desired. It was confusing and time-consuming, with multiple checks of our ID and credit card.

The bathroom and kitchen had incredible underfloor heating, which was perfect considering the chilly weather. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook a romantic meal. The location was superb, with a supermarket conveniently nearby and easy access to public transport that offered great connections to explore the city.
The lack of attention to detail in hygiene, particularly the hair on the pillows and bed sheets, was a major disappointment. the seating area was cramped and poorly placed, and the air conditioning was very noisy, which disrupted our romantic escape.
